Tucumcari, New Mexico
Welcome to Tucumcari
Tucumcari is a popular stop for cross-country travelers. Located just off Route 66, one of New Mexico’s scenic and historic byways, Tucumcari is the largest city on the highway between Amarillo, Texas and Albuquerque, New Mexico. As the “Mother Road” became increasingly dangerous due to heavier traffic on the narrow two-lane highway, interstate highways were constructed to meet the demand of travelers. Tucumcari is a wonderful place to live surrounded by farming and ranching, perfect for retirement and folks living on a fixed income. Tucumcari has a low cost of living taxes, utilities etc. Not to mention, we are within 30 minutes from Ute Lake and Conchas Dam.
We have a local team that understands the goal is improving mobility, safely and efficiently.
