Seattle, Washington
Welcome to Seattle
The largest city in the Pacific Northwest, Seattle is a vibrant community situated between the Puget Sound and Lake Washington. Known for its music scene, coffeehouses, foodies, and tech and aerospace industries, Seattle is home to the Space Needle, Pike Place Market, and the Seahawks!
This office shares its South Lake Union digs with movers and shakers like Amazon and Vulcan. We are playing a role in redeveloping this neighborhood, as well as designing for the creation of buildings across the Western US. Our electrical, technology, AV, acoustics, and lighting designers develop inventive solutions with community in mind for our valued clients.
The Seattle office serves a wide variety of markets, from healthcare to education, commercial to cultural, and everything in between. In every case, our goal is to collaborate with clients to improve the built environment with strategies that enhance people’s lives and add value to communities.
Denise Fong, Principal, Lighting
Lighting is a fourth dimension. It’s not stone or fabric you can touch, but has a critical influence on spaces that draw people in.
Tod Moore, Principal, Discipline Lead, Information & Communication Technology
At the end of the day, seeing the magic of technology transform the lives of people for the better is the best reward one could hope for from a project.
Basel Jurdy, Principal, Discipline Lead - Acoustics & Vibration
Acoustic design creates an auditory signature that marries architecture with function―invoking a sensory experience and emotional response that connects people to place.
Sheina Hughes, Vice President, Regional Leader, US (Mountain)
Big problems need great solutions. Knowing how the system can work for you is what makes projects great.
Lanny Flynn, Principal, Buildings Engineering
I particularly enjoy working with owners and architects at the beginning of a project; that is when the most creative structural solutions are born.
Sergio Sádaba, Principal, Mechanical Engineering
The happiness and wellbeing of a building’s occupants is the measure of a designer’s success.
