Scott’s desire to protect the water resources that make South Carolina a great place to live is what led him to pursue a career in the water industry. Today, with over two decades of experiences leading water and wastewater conveyance and treatment projects throughout the Carolinas he draws on relationships he’s built to create teams that work together to solve problems.
As a leader for our water and wastewater practice, Scott’s excited about our continued growth in the industry’s collaborative delivery market. He works closely with his teams and our Alternative Project Delivery (APD) group to develop water infrastructure solutions for his clients, including Charlotte Water and Union County Public Works in North Carolina and Hampton Roads Sanitation District in Virginia.
In his free time, Scott enjoys exploring the beautiful coastal waters of South Carolina with his wife, daughter, and son. They also love to travel and have visited 38 of the 50 states and several countries.
