Andi is an equity and accessibility consultant with a transport planning background. Her work commonly involves undertaking equality analysis, equality impact assessments, design input, Part M accessibility audits, policy input, and strategic scheme planning.
Starting her career with the NHS, Andi developed strategies for engaging with members of London's diverse and hard-to-reach patient groups. She has since translated this experience into her infrastructure and built environment work through enhancing the potential of infrastructure, policies, and schemes to promote health, wellbeing, equity, and access outcomes. Andi is a proponent of holistic design and the growing consensus that infrastructure and its users do not exist in geographic, social, or contextual isolation.
Outside of work, Andi is an enthusiastic chef and an even more enthusiastic eater. She enjoys the thriving food and music scenes in her home city of Bristol and will happily feed friends and acquaintances in return for a good album recommendation.
