Sade has been with Stantec since the onset of 2015. Her time with us began in Colorado, United States, while she was working to earn her master of business administration (MBA), but she has since transferred to our team in the Netherlands where she continues to work internationally as a change agent for various operations.
On projects, Sade works to improve the sustainability of our communities, especially as they relate to the energy transition and social value, and she pairs this with an internal role where she works closely with leadership to actualize our regional growth strategy and connect newly acquired companies into our broader Stantec operations.
Sade also pushes our corporate inclusion and diversity objectives forward, serving as a member of the Global Inclusion & Diversity Board and having a seat on the corporate Women’s Leadership Development Committee. She believes that the best results come when challenges can be looked at from an array of perspectives.
In a past role, Sade was global network leader for the Developing Professionals Group (DPG) where she collaborated with leaders across our global operations to translate strategy into programming and create leadership opportunities for her peers.
