Sam has built her career on helping take complex water and wastewater projects from design to reality. She serves on our Construction Management team as an assistant resident engineer and project inspector, working to solve challenges in the field and delivering high-quality infrastructure projects.
Having supported projects through every phase of delivery, Sam has experience developing technical reports and design-build specifications, conducting inspections, reviewing submittals, coordinating between project partners, and managing project costs. She also provides on-site support for projects such as Blackwater Creek Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Tunnel project and the Piscataway Thermal Hydrolysis Process (THP) Bio-Energy Project.
Away from the job site, Sam enjoys hiking, biking, rock climbing, fishing, kayaking, snowboarding, gardening, and tackling home improvement projects with her husband. If she’s near a river, there’s a good chance she’s playing fetch with her energetic golden retriever, Filson.
