Cecil's role stretches across many aspects of a project in a day, from technical delivery of a product to site safety to business development. He has over 22 years of experience, and has managed multi-million dollar projects for refineries, gas plants, and offshore gas platforms as lead technical advisor, lead mechanical engineer, and senior project manager. Cecil is also a specialist in the design of biodiesel and other biofuel production systems, and recently developed a unique process to be used at commercial scale. In other projects, he designs advanced pressure vessels and piping systems for oil and gas. He regularly sits on the thesis committee for Ph.D. and M.A.Sc students doing biodiesel research at Dalhousie University.
On a warm summer evening, Cecil can be found walking his chocolate Lab, or taking in the peaceful Halifax waterfront with friends and family.
