Kwasi has more than 25 years of experience leading the planning and design of water supply and wastewater projects. Most recently, his work is focused on improving the reliability and sustainability of water infrastructure with master planning, complex engineering analyses, and value engineering.
Also responsible for procurement, preliminary through detailed design, and engineering services during construction, Kwasi works on a variety of different projects. An example is his ongoing work at the City of Columbus’ Hap Cremean Water Plant, where he manages the construction of a USD$15 million UV disinfection system that processes 125 million gallons per day and consists of 24 individual 20-inch UV reactors.
Kwasi’s commitment to the community is apparent through volunteer activities, including participation in Children’s Water Festival, Water for People, and Community Engineering Corps. He also mentors younger African immigrants and provides ACT/SAT and college prep. In addition to volunteering, Kwasi is an avid fan of European soccer and enjoys watching his sons play sports.
