Joseph brings nearly two decades of experience in the transportation engineering consulting industry to his leadership role. He has worked on a wide variety of traffic engineering projects, covering concept development through final design, as both an in-office engineer and in-field construction support.
Most recently, Joseph’s expertise consists of identifying safety improvements for multidiscipline infrastructure rehabilitation projects. His work involves interchange replacements, complete streets implementation, at-grade rail crossing removals, intersection safety improvements, and roadway safety audits. Some of his most notable projects involved working on traffic operations analysis for an intersection improvement project, as well as crash study and roadside assessments for a speed limit reduction study.
When he isn’t working on traffic engineering projects, Joseph enjoys gardening with his children, planting out flowers and vegetable seedlings around the yard. They especially love growing and eating tomatoes even before they’re ready!
