Hector is a professional engineer with more than 20 years of civil and environmental engineering experience, with a focus on water consulting. He’s known to be personable, approachable, and positive, with a transparent leadership style—something that results in strong relationships with team members and clients.
With broad expertise in water resources engineering, Hector has a set of skills and experience applicable to wide range of site servicing, stormwater management and utility coordination projects. His knowledge base includes planning, concept development, preliminary and detail engineering, construction and post construction support for: new developments, re-developments, roads, light rail and heavy rail projects.
Outside of work, Hector keeps busy with his family—he has two young boys. He’s also an avid photographer, home barista, and enjoys practicing calligraphy.
