Matt leads the delivery of building services from concept through completion, acting as the client’s go‑to for services engineering and mentoring our Electrical team. He focuses on delivering compliant electrical systems that help protect people and elevate everyday experience. Designing thoughtful lighting solutions that support well-being while reducing environmental impact is central to his approach.
Whether it’s detailed technical design, big‑picture concept work, or on‑site problem solving, Matt enjoys the variety of his work. Known for working on healthcare projects, his recent project highlights involve electrical engineering delivery for a hospital and outpatients building. The outpatients building is targeting 5 Star Green Star accreditation (ratings that signify building excellence in New Zealand) and will be benchmarked against international sustainability rating tools.
Away from his electrical engineering work, Matt enjoys life in the stunning Queenstown region. He loves going boating and fishing on the lake or hiking the back country around Glenorchy with his family.
