Tracy is a professional civil engineer who has spent his career in planning, engineering, management, and the construction of multi-disciplined, municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects. His proactive approach to problem solving, management skills, and understanding of the client’s needs allow him to build solid relationships with everyone he works with.
One of Tracy’s recent projects includes a major international water conveyance project that included a shoreline seawater intake structure and a large water transmission pipeline. He also completed the design and construction of an emergency alternative project delivery procurement project for the City of Tampa, utilizing design-build project delivery that included the installation of a 3,600 gallons-per-minute sanitary sewer diversion pump station
Tracy is lifelong boater and fisherman, spending much of his free time plying the nearshore and offshore waters of the Gulf of Mexico. He enjoys exploring and discovering the unique and interesting aspects of the towns and former fishing villages that dot Florida’s Coastline.
