Kevin’s philosophy centers on collaborative problem solving and smooth transitions for the people we’re working with. He works with what he describes as “the doers” of the team on a daily basis. No stranger to busy schedules, competing deadlines, and complicated workloads, Kevin offers an approachability and understanding of the day-to-day stresses of the end users, and he understands the importance of not creating additional work for an already full plate. He refuses to be a roadblock, instead creating a clear path to a successful, quality project delivered on time.
The projects that mean the most to him are the ones where he gets to interact with the end user. Such as with a 1.1 megawatt combine cycle plant that had operational issues from a main circulating water system. Managing multiple equipment upgrades and technology required constant, effective communication with the end users on a daily basis and ultimately strengthened the relationship with the client.
When he’s not eliminating roadblocks for his clients, Kevin spends time outdoors with his family, often boating or skiing.
