After working nine years identifying and producing crude oil as a developmental geologist in California, Jaff has spent the next 20 years of his career devoted to the cleanup of gas stations and oil terminals. He leads a team of experts across the Pacific North to deliver custom environmental solutions to oil and gas, commercial, urban development, municipal and industrial clients.
Jaff keeps his projects moving forward by establishing long-term relationships with his clients and his proudest moment is when a current client entrusts him with a new project. In addition to his management responsibilities, he loves to work on inventive fuel response projects that protect our communities such as when he successfully implemented a remediation plan that prevented an MtBE plume from threatening a municipal water supply well.
Jaff is passionate about the outdoors and counts as his personal hero, Yvonne Chinard, the CEO of Patagonia. In the summer you can find him riding his road bike along American River Parkway and winter finds him hitting the slopes with his family.
