For Alisha, her work's purpose is about creating safe, resilient, and reliable three waters services, a vital role in supporting the health of communities. As the leader of our Canterbury Water group, she is a design manager for wastewater and water treatment projects who leads multidisciplinary teams in delivering complex infrastructure solutions across Aotearoa. She oversees project scoping, coordination, and delivery while helping shape the growth and development of our regional water team.
Alisha is known for building high-performing teams and communicating technical information in a way that connects with both technical and non-technical audiences. She’s also committed to developing the next generation of engineers through initiatives such as the Wonder Project and Girls in Infrastructure.
Away from the office, Alisha enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, playing indoor netball, and coaching her children's sports teams.
