A member of our Tunneling and Trenchless Conveyance group, Simon specializes in underground excavation design for pumped storage hydropower and water, wastewater, and stormwater conveyance systems.
Simon is a geotechnical and tunnel engineer with experience spanning microtunneling, auger boring, pipe jacking, and horizontal directional drilling (HDD) as well as large‑diameter tunnel and cavern design. He also has a strong geotechnical background that includes slope and slurry trench stability, soil stabilization, and the design of foundations and earth‑retaining structures.
Outside of work, Simon enjoys Brazilian Zouk dancing, kayaking Florida springs, and playing tennis.
