As an Industrial Water sub-sector leader, Shiladitya is drawn to the human side of our business—he has a passion for helping industry clients solve water-related challenges. He’s a senior chemical engineer in water treatment with a strong technical background in membrane and chemical processes and supports projects requiring his skill with membranes.
Shiladitya’s current focus is on resolving water challenges in the energy, chemicals, and manufacturing markets. He finds it a fascinating space to be in and enjoys helping clients understand their unique problems and developing clear solutions. Over his career, Shiladitya has experienced some of the ways in which the water and energy industries intersect—driving his desire to continue to work and contribute to this field.
Counting it his good fortune to work with people in the water-energy space, Shiladitya also feels strongly about his family—he stays close to his family and friends by spending as much time as he can with them. He also enjoys playing basketball, running, cycling, skiing, and seeking new adventures through traveling.
