Passionate about creating amazing places that generations of people will enjoy, Brad is a senior planning professional who focuses on urban planning, long-range projects, and redevelopment opportunities. He has experience with both public and private development projects and working for municipal organizations, development companies and homebuilders, and design firms throughout Tennessee.
One of Brad’s memorable projects was Envision Franklin, the City of Franklin’s update to its comprehensive land use plan. Some of his other projects include Windy Hill Park in the City of Brentwood, the City of Fairview Parks Master Plan, the annual City of Franklin Development Report, and an update to the City of Franklin’s zoning ordinance.
When he isn’t busy with his latest planning project, Brad enjoys spending time with his wife and young son, exploring nearby trails, and tending to his garden.
