Working with our software development team, Josh is passionate about finding new and efficient ways to build software applications using cloud-based technology in a collaborative team environment. He enjoys creating frameworks and packages that will be helpful to other developers trying to solve similar problems.
In his position, Josh provides technical guidance and expertise throughout the software development lifecycle to help achieve the best possible results for clients and end users. Notably, he led the technical design of our financial analysis and management system (FAMS). FAMS is our financial modeling tool that assists local municipalities with financial projections. Before joining Stantec, Josh contributed to several large-scale financial applications dedicated to managing the operations of banks and retirement institutions.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys going to live music events, exploring the outdoors, planning various projects at home, and spending time with family and friends.
