For over 30 years, David has been providing program management and roadway design senior leadership on a wide array of transportation improvement projects. He’s supervised and been responsible for environmental documentation, public involvement, management of subconsultants, and the management of multiple projects throughout South Carolina.
Before joining the private consulting industry, David served for over six years in various positions with the Federal Highway Administration and participated in the Highway Engineer Training Program, a program which included four six-month assignments working in multiple transportation fields across the country. David has managed large transportation programs, leading teams assembled specifically for the delivery of multiple transportation projects including new-location roadways, multi-lane widenings, intersection improvements, greenways, pedestrian and bicycle accommodations, dirt road paving, and a resurfacing program.
When David isn’t applying his insight and understanding of the total project development process to his clients’ needs, you might find him playing basketball or participating in community events. He’s also an avid reader of American biographies and a follower of local and national politics.
