Over the last four decades, Stephen has worked extensively within government agencies leading large programs. A retired Captain in the Navy Civil Engineer Corps, he has the experience and knowledge base that allows him to approach projects with a critical eye while skillfully prioritizing key tasks.
Prior to the acquisition of Page by Stantec, Stephen was a sector leader providing strategy and leadership for US Federal Government work. Now in his role as a business development professional, he assists sector leadership in developing business strategies for our federal projects and programs.
Outside of work, Stephen is an active member and Fellow of the Society of American Military Engineers and also a Fellow of the Health Facility Institute. He enjoys singing in his church choir, reading, woodworking and golf. He and his wife Susan have been married for nearly 40 years and share their house with four geriatric cats.
