Jackie applies her expertise to civil and municipal engineering infrastructure projects, delivering solutions that support growing communities. As a civil engineer and project manager, she’s led multidisciplinary projects from concept through construction. Her approach is grounded in constructability and long-term operation and maintenance. With experience in contract administration and field inspection, she makes design decisions with the realities of construction in mind, balancing costs, schedule, and community impact.
Recently, Jackie has led the civil design of the proposed Dawson City Recreation Centre as well as road reconstruction and implementation of active transportation corridors throughout Whitehorse. She has also led projects providing First Nation communities with water distribution lines.
When she isn’t working on infrastructure efforts, Jackie enjoys hiking, paddling, and exploring the beautiful Yukon wilderness. In the winter, you’ll find her playing hockey and learning to ski.
