A highly motivated and results-oriented individual, Oscar consistently strives to excel in all aspects of his work, from large wastewater collection projects to trenchless pipe installations. His expertise in the industry and ability to collaborate with clients and stakeholders makes a positive impact on any project. One of the most rewarding projects that he’s worked on is located in the Florida Keys. The Cudjoe Regional Wastewater Service Area helped reduce the nutrient loading to the nearshore waters and improved marine water quality throughout the Keys.
Outside of the office, you’ll find Oscar spending quality time with his wife, daughter, and dog, Bella. They enjoy boating, fishing, and traveling together.
