Julie has more than 20 years of experience in strategic planning, urban planning, and public engagement. She plays a key role in elevating our planning practice and enhancing the visibility of our urban planning, urban design, and landscape architecture personnel across Quebec.
With her background in urban planning, Julie has a strong track record of leading complex projects that require a deep understanding of urban issues, organizational dynamics, and the expectations of multiple participants. She focuses on creating the conditions for informed decision-making, participant engagement, and stronger connections between communities and public authorities.
Throughout her career, she has led numerous transformative initiatives including master plans, downtown revitalization projects, mobility and economic development hubs, and major public infrastructure projects. She combines strategic vision, political acumen, and strong facilitation skills to help shape sustainable, impactful solutions that bring people together.
Outside of work, Julie’s passion for cities follows her. She enjoys discovering new urban experiences with her family, both close to home and around the world.
