Dr. Naji Berri
Operations Director, Dubai; Water and Area Manager, Kuwait
Dr. Naji is the operations director for our Dubai Water Business and area manager for Kuwait. He leads business performance, drives operational excellence, and fosters strong client partnerships. In addition to overseeing business development, he also acts as a project director on high-impact projects and has extensive experience in program management for mega infrastructure programs.
During his career, Naji has partnered with both private and public clients as well as funding agencies and international development banks. He is a chartered civil engineer, fellow of the Institute of Civil Engineers in the UK, project management professional (PMP), member of the Project Management Institute, and holds a doctorate in management and water resources. He takes pride in having successfully delivered multi-billion dollar programs and projects in more than 15 countries across the Middle East, Europe, and Africa.
In his free time, Naji enjoys reading, walking, swimming, playing tennis and chess, and traveling.
