Steve opened Stantec’s Louisville office 26 years ago and has led it through more than a quarter-century of growth. His work has focused on civil, hydraulics and hydrology, and geotechnical engineering, and includes dams, coal ash disposal facilities, and various transportation or sanitary infrastructure projects. One of his primarily clients is the Tennessee Valley Authority, which he has serviced from our very first project. Steve’s projects include the Johnsonville Fossil Plant Ash Area 2 Closure, Douglas and Watauga Dams Stability Analyses, and the Louisville I-65/I-265 Interchange Bridges Foundation Studies.
In his spare time, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife and family, and traveling. He is also a pilot who enjoys tail wheel airplanes, aerial photography and sharing his passion for flight with friends, Young Eagles, and charities.
