As a senior environmental engineer, Stephen has led numerous environment act proposals and assessments for a wide range of projects. He leads the environmental assessment and permitting team in our Winnipeg, Manitoba office, and works with clients to bring together our team’s resources and help their projects comply with environmental laws and regulations
Stephen is well versed in assessing the effects of engineering projects and working with teams to address environmental challenges and risks—he develops effective solutions that work with project designs that satisfy the needs of clients and regulators. His work has included projects such as environmental assessments for power lines, industrial processing plants, wastewater-treatment facilities, highways, water-supply pipeline networks, bridge crossing projects, and shoreline-erosion projects.
To top it off, Stephen has also worked on surface-water quality and hydraulic modeling projects, undertaken numerous soil and groundwater investigations and site assessments, and is experienced in air-dispersion modeling using ISC-ST3 and AERMOD.
