Ken leverages his architectural expertise from design through construction, coordinating teams and adhering to strategic consulting, building planning and design, and life safety and code compliance. He prioritizes safety and security in all designs, such as crime prevention through environmental design (CPTED) standards to make sure the building occupants are comforted in their built environment.
As an American Institute of Architects (AIA) certified disaster assistance inspector and a LEED accredited professional architect, Ken prioritizes safety and sustainability in every aspect of his work. Drawing on his background in the construction industry as a field engineer and superintendent, he works with the general contractors in a partnership throughout the construction administration process. He is also well versed in multiple construction delivery processes.
Outside of work, Ken supports the growth of the architectural, engineering, and construction industry through volunteering and participation in ACE mentorship, the Houston AIA/Associated General Contractors (AGC) committee, LEED, and Toastmaster’s International for professional development.
