With 26 years of experience, Brian’s knowledge in land use planning provides some of the most comprehensive background for our team. From Germany and the Czech Republic to Sri Lanka and Mexico, Brian’s expertise in residential and commercial planning is extensive.
Recently, Brian and the planning division in London, Ontario, worked on the Manor Village at 230 Victoria Street. It was a small, 2-acre site with big ambitions. Some smart design and smart engineering put two stories of medical services, two stories of senior care, a stacked parking system, and a geothermal system all on one location.
That project was designed to blend into the community’s historical elements—a success that met the needs of the client, City, and community.
Outside of work, Brian spends quality time with his family and friends.
