As office leader for Fredericton, New Brunswick, Rodney is primarily responsible for promoting collaboration and growing the business lines at the local and regional level. He covers employee management and health and safety, and he serves as the face of Stantec in the community. A project manager with Stantec’s Ontario/Atlantic Transportation team, Rodney has over 22 years of experience in civil, planning, transportation, and municipal engineering projects.
Rodney’s areas of expertise include urban planning, concept development, detailed design, construction documents, project management, and construction management. An experienced project manager, Rodney is skilled at all levels of project design and coordination. His thorough understanding of the technical aspects of transportation projects helps him develop designs that provide a balanced approach while meeting the needs of clients. His passion? Championing his team in New Brunswick’s Capital region to develop and strengthen community partnerships.
When he isn’t at work, Rodney is most likely spending time with his family. He has two kids, one girl and one boy, and he spends a lot of time supporting their initiatives—whether that’s at the ski hill with his daughter or the hockey rink with his son. As for personal hobbies, Rodney enjoys camping, boating, and travelling.
