As an experienced healthcare architect, Shannon focuses on her clients and brings her in-depth healthcare knowledge and strategy to every project. She’s most known for alternative project delivery. As a principal, she manages a project management team and prioritizes tasks while managing projects from procurement to close out.
Known for direct and transparent communication, Shannon also enjoys building long-lasting relationships that carry into future projects—she’s adept at building high performing teams that deliver exceptional results. She looks for opportunities to improve processes by listening to the clients and by examining and finding solutions to complex issues. She’s an active member of the Lean Construction Institute (LCI), as well as the Design Build Institute of America (DBIA) and the Academy of Architecture for Health (AAH).
Shannon enjoys living and being active in the mountains—her spare time is spent involved in building projects, chickening keeping, and working on her property.
