Based in Albuquerque, Patricia serves as the practice leader for our Water group, overseeing business development, business management, and project development for all water business in New Mexico. She approaches her projects with a commitment to being a dedicated, collaborative steward of a stable, communicative, and engaging team of trusted partners.
Patricia understands how integral client partnership and understanding are to a successful project. Prior to joining Stantec, she worked for the New Mexico Department of Transportation as a construction liaison engineer and gained an in-depth look at how local governments can maximize their funding. Patricia brings this expertise to projects like the Jal Preliminary Engineering Report or Rio Rancho 2 Headworks, where funding was a key factor. While Patricia has worked on projects across the southwest United States, her focus now lies in supporting New Mexico clients through lasting relationships.
