Alice is a botanist with nearly 20 years of experience in flora and vegetation surveys and environmental impact assessments. She leads our Flora and Vegetation team in delivering high-quality ecological assessments across Western Australia, with particular expertise in mining and government projects.
Known for her technical excellence and collaborative approach, Alice is highly regarded for her professionalism and industry expertise. She fosters her strong sense of connection to her work through collaboration with dedicated teams, clients, and communities. An effort she’s particularly proud of working on was the Lake Mackay Potash Project, where she navigated remote field conditions, complex logistics, and meaningful engagement with Traditional Owners.
Away from work, Alice values time with her family, enjoys outdoor activities such as camping, and has a keen interest in gardening, particularly cultivating native plant species.
