Anna has over 25 years of experience across wastewater operations, asset management, and environmental performance. She has led major transformation programs for utilities such as Thames Water and Dwr Cymru, helping improve pollution performance, asset resilience, and regulatory compliance. Her experience spans leading large operational teams, managing multi-million-pound investment programs, and working closely with regulators and industry partners.
A client services director for our UK Water group, Anna specializes in using data and insight to drive strategic decision-making, helping clients translate long-term environmental ambitions into practical, deliverable plans. Her approach is rooted in building strong partnerships, fostering high-performing teams, and delivering sustainable outcomes for customers, communities and the environment.
Outside of work, Anna enjoys running (badly), playing the guitar, and is a loyal Arsenal fan as well as chair of the Institute of Water South East Area.
