With over 25 years of experience, Steve has developed a reputation for integrity and detailed experience in the water resources field. He is a senior water resources engineer in our Waterloo office, specializing in various aspects of water resources engineering including Subwatershed and Drainage Studies, Environmental Assessments, stormwater management planning and design, stream rehabilitation works, floodplain management analyses, water budget calculations and erosion and sediment controls.
Steve’s water resources expertise is recognized through his registration and approval in the Ontario Ministry of Transportation RAQS system for drainage and hydrology design for highways, and by the fact that he has prepared expert evidence for Ontario Municipal Board hearings on water resources issues. Steve is also recognized as a leader in the design of monitoring programs. Along with overseeing the implementation of site specific monitoring projects, he was also involved in the development of industry guidelines for monitoring protocols on behalf of the City of Waterloo.
