For Tasmin, the best solutions emerge when teams align around a shared purpose. She leads collaborative delivery projects and provides executive oversight for project managers delivering complex water and infrastructure projects across North America. To help clients navigate technical complexity, align with key parties, and execute large-scale programs, she draws on her experience with progressive design-build, construction manager at risk, alliance contracting, and other collaborative project delivery models.
Currently, Tasmin supports the South Bay International Wastewater Treatment Plant rehabilitation and expansion program for the US International Boundary and Water Commission, a major initiative that will modernize critical wastewater infrastructure, double treatment capacity, and support lasting improvements to water quality and public health in the San Diego region.
When she isn’t leading major infrastructure projects, Tasmin recharges outdoors, whether backpacking in Northern California, chasing waterfalls on remote hiking trails, skiing in the mountains, or paddleboarding on a quiet lake. She's often joined by her fluffy doodle and, occasionally, her teenager.
