Mark believes in the principle of continuous improvement, a trait he applies daily in leading the strategy and management of our water, energy & resources, infrastructure, buildings and environmental businesses across Australia and New Zealand.
His passion for people and focus on culture, systems, and organisational processes is grounded in his technical qualification as a principal process engineer. He also draws from his background managing the overall design and process design of wastewater treatment plant facilities to unite people behind a common strategic vision.
As a strong advocate for equality and flexibility in the workplace, Mark understands that leading with inclusion not only elevates our work but reflects the diversity of the communities that we serve.
Away from the office he’s known for holding a commanding serve on the tennis court, cooking up a feast for his wife and two children, and telling a tall tale about ‘the one that got away’ on his most recent fishing trip.
