As a construction manager with our Water group, Andrew manages client interests through the construction phase of a project lifecycle, acting as the day-to-day liaison between the contractor and the owner. He also manages and administers construction contracts, including preparing budgets and cost estimates, contract change orders, field instruction and field works orders.
Andrew brings experience working as a contractor, possessing a wide exposure to process-related construction issues at large wastewater plants, including seasonal fluctuation impacts, risk assessments, and operational impacts. He upholds a strong appreciation of managing and mitigating design issues through construction and preconstruction review. Always adopting the industry’s latest contracting practices, Andrew strives to produce fewer site issues, claims, or change orders, resulting in an overall positive work environment in the projects he leads.
In all that he does, Andrew believes collaborative and open approach to change management, based on facts and a fair contractual interpretation, paves the road to a successful project.
