Visioning is a key element of Ross’ role—he develops front end concept design packages that work to define the look and feel of a project, brand, experience, or master plan at a high level. He’s also responsible for placemaking, branding, business development, and design leadership.
Ross is most known for his work in the European retail market, specifically on German shopping malls. He also has a reputation for guiding signage and wayfinding systems from concept to delivery in large scale international developments. Ross enjoys developing lasting relationships with people all over the world and traveling to project locations so he can get to know cities and places intimately. He is currently working on a showcase office development in Frankfurt, Germany called Die Welle (The Wave).
Every spare minute Ross has is spent either backcountry skiing or mountain biking. He is renovating a home in the mountains outside of Boulder, Colorado with an emphasis on furniture.
