Doug learned early in life that solving difficult problems takes a team. Today, as a project manager and quality and risk manager, he brings clarity to complexity. When clients have complex hydropower projects, Doug and his teams help with navigating regulations, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and delivering infrastructure in unique environments.
With nearly three decades of experience in remediation and hydropower consulting, Doug leads with purpose. He guides teams through uncertainty, aligns perspectives, and drives collaboration. His approach builds trust, delivers value, and reinforces our role as a partner in progress.
Outside of his project management work, Doug enjoys hiking, biking, and snowboarding with his family. He’s also a self-taught carpenter and welder who builds functional pieces that blend creativity with craftsmanship. Whether navigating trails or shaping raw materials, Doug brings the same focus and appreciation for process that defines his professional work.
