With over 30 years of experience, Tom’s been involved in all aspects of bridge rehabilitation and replacement. An essential partner to our clients, he’s known as a problem solver who effectively deals with historic structures, safety concerns, environmental issues, and community needs—often constrained by limited budgets. Tom’s skillset also includes community outreach and construction support.

An expert in projects involving historic resources, Tom served as project manager for the County Road 39 Bridge. There, he worked closely with the county and community to address safety and bridge deficiency issues within a historic district. His rehabilitation of the County Road 11 Bridge, involving one of nine open spandrel concrete arch bridges in New York State, received an American Council of Engineering Companies of New York Engineering Excellence gold award.

A regular attendant at the annual New York State Conference on Local Bridges, Tom has delivered multiple presentations at the event on his projects. When he isn’t at work, he and his family prefer outdoor activities like golf, skiing, or spending time at the lake.
