Carlos is an electro-mechanical engineer with 30 years of experience in hydropower projects with a focus on hydraulic turbine mechanical design and major hydropower mechanical equipment. He works on large-scale global projects—not only on the design phase, but during equipment manufacturing, erection installation, and commissioning.
Carlos possesses an in-depth knowledge of the design, execution, and construction methodologies of power generation. He’s also aware of the structural design conditions of power generation equipment, as well as how it interacts with the civil structures of each project.
With a proven track-record in project leadership, Carlos is highly-energetic with a multicultural background. He appreciates the opportunity to have been exposed to a wide range of project conditions and technical challenges.
