His dedication to improving communities through design is particularly evident in his sustainable and affordable housing projects. Through his work on affordable housing—such as Ashley Union Station—he’s helping to ensure residents of all income levels have an opportunity to benefit from conveniently located housing in Denver’s rapidly growing downtown area.
Through larger, mixed-use projects such as McGregor Square and Lakehouse, David has contributed to building a vibrant, living, urban experience for downtown Denver.
A former New Yorker, David now considers the Centennial state home, so outside the office you’ll find him with his family enjoying all Colorado has to offer.
