With over a decade of experience, Thomas has worked on an extensive range of environmental projects throughout the Southeast and mid-Atlantic.
In his role, Thomas primarily focuses on procuring federal brownfield grants and carrying out state and federal brownfield programs. In these programs, he leads assessment, remediation, and programmatic support for municipal localities, law firms, and private developers for both rural and urban properties.
Thomas is known for the enthusiasm he brings to his work—he’s passionate having a positive impact communities, helping them remove barriers, increase local revenue, and promote sustainable reuse of relic industrial/commercial structures. His experience with environmental regulations and construction materials allows him to create multi-faceted approaches to mitigation, with attention to construction feasibility.
When not in the office, you can find Thomas golfing, running, or serenading his sons, dogs, and wife with his guitar (though, they always seem to leave the room).
