With more than 25 years of experience in civil, water resources, and environmental engineering, Ricky leads our Taiwan Project Management and Delivery Office. He works with multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex infrastructure and environmental projects that achieve client objectives while creating lasting community value.
Ricky’s experience spans water quality improvement, environmental restoration, asset management, and integrated water infrastructure programs for government and municipal clients throughout Taiwan. A highlight of his career is the Green River (Lyu-Chuan) Revitalization Project in Taichung, which transformed a degraded urban waterway into a vibrant environmental and public asset through integrated planning, collaboration, and sustainable infrastructure design.
Through strong project governance, quality management, and risk-based delivery practices, Ricky helps drive consistent project performance and continuous improvement across diverse portfolios.
