Growing up under her family's drafting table and in her father's metal shop, Ginny discovered early that great design begins with curiosity, craftsmanship, and service. Those experiences shaped a career built on her belief that architecture is ultimately about people. While buildings may be the visible outcome, the real work lies in understanding communities, building trust, and helping clients navigate complex decisions with confidence.
Ginny leads multidisciplinary teams delivering civic, education, healthcare, and mixed-use projects across Texas. Drawing on more than 25 years of experience, she brings together clients, designers, engineers, and others to solve challenges that extend beyond the building itself. Among the projects she's most proud of is the redevelopment of the Austin Convention Center, where she was part of the team that helped reshape the heart of downtown Austin through architecture, public art, transportation, and environmental stewardship.
Away from the office, Ginny enjoys hiking, exploring cities and landscapes, supporting the arts, and spending time outdoors with her family—being continually inspired by place, culture, and connection.
