Brad is a passionate and results-oriented professional with a proven background of over 35 years in effective and influential leadership for program management, project management, and project controls. He has extensive experience in engineering consulting and construction management within the healthcare, commercial, manufacturing, entertainment, civic, and the rail and transit infrastructure markets.
Recognized as having a solutions-oriented ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and guide stakeholders in delivering challenging projects, Brad believes in fostering high performance and excellence by empowering and enabling teams to create the conditions for success. He has led and managed complex large-scale infrastructure projects where he has served on both the owner’s engineer or technical advisor side as well as on the delivery side as a construction manager or design manager.
When he isn’t managing projects, Brad enjoys the outdoors—mountaineering and wilderness camping—and anything in or on water—from sailing, sea kayaking, and standup paddle boarding to scuba diving.
