Driven by a long-standing connection to aquatic environments, Robyn has built her career in aquatic ecology spanning marine, transitional, and freshwater systems. Motivated by the challenge of protecting and improving water environments, she moved into consultancy to provide specialist aquatic ecology expertise supporting monitoring and mitigation, as well as evidence-led decision making within the water resources sector.
In her role, Robyn supports water related projects by leading baseline and impact assessments and providing technical input to Strategic Resource Options, the Water Industry National Environment Programme, and wider environmental compliance programs. Her role spans both technical assessment and fieldwork delivery. Regularly acting as aquatic technical lead, she works with clients to embed ecological considerations within asset planning and delivery.
Outside of work, Robyn paints seascapes and marine subjects, with proceeds supporting conservation charities, reflecting her belief that aquatic ecology is a vocation rooted in stewardship and care for complex water systems.
