Shawn has over 30 years of experience in multidisciplinary transportation project delivery, construction management, survey, and community development with the BC Public Service. As the business center practice leader for our Transportation group in British Columbia, Shawn oversees business development and project delivery for the entire 200-member department. Having worked in both the public and private sectors, he has a 360-degree view of how each can work more effectively together.
Before joining us, Shawn was the director of the Highway 8 Reinstatement Program at the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure (MOTI) following the 2021 atmospheric river event. During his tenure with MOTI, he led the delivery of over 30 projects throughout the province in a variety of leadership roles.
Shawn brings an ambition to learn every day to his role and a drive to use and share what he has learned. Away from the office, you’ll find Shawn enjoying the great outdoors of British Columbia, whether that be hiking, snowshoeing, or hunting.
