Over the last 20 years as a landscape architect, Alex has been fortunate to design and manage several exciting and influential projects. This experience has given him an opportunity to work with a range of talented professionals and clients, producing inspiring designs that exceed the project brief. Alex is passionate about the use of quality, enduring materials, supported by robust suitable detailing.
Alex champions innovation and, wherever possible, explores new ways of bettering the status quo. He strives for design excellence and encourages the use of art within the public realm. Notable projects include the urban extension to Houghton Regis, an exciting scheme that provides the area with 5,500 new homes, a series of new parks and spaces, a community hub, and highway enhancements.
Alex loves the outdoors and spends much of his time walking, biking, paddle boarding, and camping. He enjoys exploring new landscapes and being in nature with his family (including his pet dog).
